Years ago I arrived at a place very similar to yours, exhausted, in pain, and completely disconnected from my own needs. From the outside, everything looked fine: a successful international career, experience, capability. But inside I was running on empty, holding everything together while quietly disappearing from myself.
Over time, physical symptoms began to appear that changed everything, depression, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, immune dysregulation.
My body was asking for something different.
I searched through many tools, therapies and approaches before I finally understood: what I needed wasn't more willpower or another technique. It was to listen inward with presence, without judgement, without demanding more than I could give.
That was the moment my body began to respond. And my life began to change.
